Reatinor 460 by Reagens is potassium-zinc based stabilizer. It is used for applications like transparent blown films. Reatinor 460 is suitable for shrink film applications. The recommended dosage level is 1.1-1.6 phr. Reatinor 801 by Reagens is octyl tin mercaptide-based stabilizer with high mono-octyl tin content. It is mainly used for calendering and extrusion of rigid PVC. Particularly, it is suitable for the production of rigid PVC packaging materials to comply with food regulations. It provides excellent initial color and long term heat stability with most types of PVC resins. Reatinor 801 exhibits low metal release power. It offers very good clarity. The recommended usage level is 0.5-2.5 phr. Recommended for technical profiles. The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Reatinor 804 by Reagens is octyl tin mercaptide. Acts as a heat stabilizer. It has low monoctyl tin content. Imparts excellent initial color and long term heat stability. Used in calendering, extrusion and injection molding of rigid PVC. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2.5 phr and storage temperature is 15-30°C. Reatinor 804 complies with FDA and BGA regulation for food packaging. Tin based stabiliser/lubricant one-pack systems.
