Radglo® EA-19 by Radiant Color is solid solution of dyestuffs in a thermoplastic polyamide-ester resin. RADGLO® PS pigments. It is more fugitive than conventional pigments. It is stable to indoor light or outdoor conditions other than direct sunlight. The lightfastness may be improved by including UV– absorber(s) in the formulation and/or by making use of clear overcoats containing UV-absorber. Can be used for short dwell times in applications with processing temperatures up to 180°C (plasticized PVC formulations) without affecting the coloristic properties. Radglo® PC-88 is used in PVC plastisols and organosols. Radglo® GM-23 by Radiant Color is a solid solution of dyestuffs in a thermoset benzoguanamineformaldehyde copolymer. Acts as a fluorescent pigment. It is more fugitive than conventional pigments. They are stable to indoor light or outdoor conditions other than direct sunlight. The lightfastness may be improved by including UV– absorber(s) in the formulation and/or by making use of clear overcoats containing UV-absorber (s). Radglo® GM-23 is used for short dwell times in applications with processing temperatures up to 240°C (masterbatches) without affecting the coloristic properties.
