Zincolet - 24 by Pukhraj Group is a mixture of zinc and alkali soaps. It acts as a dispersing agent. It is suitable for processing of polymers. It is recommended for extrusion, compression, transfer and injection moulding. It offers improved filler dispersion especially highly loaded mineral fillers such as precipitated silica, china clay, barytes and calcium carbonate. The shelf life of Zincolet - RN 44 is 2 years. It is approved by REACH and SVHC. Zincolet - SB 212 by Pukhraj Group is a blend of high molecular aliphatic fatty acid esters bound to inorganic fillers. It acts as a lubricant, dispersing and release agent. It offers improved processability, reduces bagging on mixing mill and increased scorch safety. It is compatible with NR, SBR, BR, EPDM, CR and EVA. It can prevent the sticking of elastomer & compounds to rolls. It offers improved flow, reduced mixing cycle, energy saving, reduced final mixing temperature and reduced compound viscosity. The shelf life of the product is 2 years. It is approved by REACH, SVHC & ROHS. The dosage level of Eva sheet is 1-3 phr.
