Micaclad® CSM100 by Progressive Fillers is a highly conductive silver mica. The blanketing effect of silver and the reinforcement advantages of the mineral help provide strength and a stable conductive surface. Provides excellent conductivity and electromagnetic interference shielding protection, reduces or eliminates EMI/RFI interference. Micaclad® CSM100 is suitable for use in electrically conductive polymers, reinforced polymers and conductive films. Micaclad® F.C. 100 by Progressive Fillers is mica. Used as a filler. It is FDA compliant, non-dispersing. It creates effects ranging from a subtle luster to a full simulated stone, giving color fast pigment dispersion on a reinforcing mica particle could reduce raw material costs dramatically while visually enhancing the final product. Suitable for use as a masterbatch, in thermoset and thermoplastic molding products. Usual loading levels are 1 to 5 percent. Micaclad® F.C. 38 by Progressive Fillers is mica. Used as a filler.
