CT-C01

CT-C01 by Polyvel is a fluoropolymer-based processing-aid. It is compatible with PVC. It can be processed by using dry mixing. It offers increased throughput, improved processability, easy handling and lower energy requirements. It eliminates melt fracture and prevents die build-up. It is recommended for films, piping and compounding applications. The dosage level of CT-C01 is 0.5-10.0%.

CP-L01

CP-L01 by Polyvel is a polylactic acid masterbatch. Acts as a plasticizer. Is designed to improve toughness, impact and processing of PLA sheet. Clarity is maintained and the product has FDA food contact approval. CP-L01 was developed to improve the cutting and trimming of PLA sheet, while maintaining processing parameters.

CM -S01

CM -S01 by Polyvel acts as a releasing agent and as a processing aid. Polydimethyl silicone masterbatch with polystyrene as a carrier resin. It eliminates manually applied mold release, lowers injection pressure, increases flow rate, reduces cycle time and also reduces breakage while ejecting parts. CM -S01 complies with FDA according to "Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR”.
