KRITILEN® FILLER 585 by Plastika Kritis calcium carbonate filler masterbatch with PE as the carrier resin. Provides higher resistance to heat deflection, higher rigidity and stiffness. Offers improved dimensional- and bubble stability, weldability, printability, anti-blocking properties and weaving ability. It has perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, ensuring easy processing. KRITILEN® FILLER 585 is used in thermoplastic products, injection, blow-molding, films, bags, sacks, sheets and tapes applications. Its recommended addition rate for injection and blow molding is 5-30 %, for film applications is 2-20% and for PE & PP tapes is 3-8%. It is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs. KRITILEN® WHITE 1681 by Plastika Kritis is Rutile titanium dioxide. Is a white masterbatch with PE as the carrier resin. Provides white color, without contamination by dust. It has perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing. Offers high opacity, coloring strength and excellent UV-stability. It contains PPA (polymer processing aid), which facilitates extrusion, reduces die build-up, melt-fracture and surface defects. KRITILEN® WHITE 1681 can be used in PP tapes, thermoplastic products and blow molding. Recommended for thin films, HDPE films and sheets. It is approved for food contact. It is resistant to heat and light as well as also provides good dispersion. It can be used as a substitute of powder pigment, providing a dust free solution and easier handling. It is used in the manufacturing of tailor-made color masterbatches, compounds, thin films, fibers and monofilaments. KRITILEN® 11030 is approved for use in contact with foodstuffs. KRITILEN® BLACK A446P by Plastika Kritis is P type-carbon black. Is a black masterbatch with PE as the carrier resin. Also acts as an antioxidant and as a processing aid. Provides black color and improves UV-resistance, without contamination by dust and with good dispersion which is essential for maximum opacity and good UV stabilization. Used in thermoplastic products. It can be used in tapes, geotextiles, injection and blow molding. Recommended for use in films, sheets, thin films, geomembranes and pipes. KRITILEN® BLACK A446P is approved for food contact and potable water applications. KRITILEN® FILLER 552 by Plastika Kritis is talc filler masterbatch with PE as the carrier resin. Provides higher resistance to heat deflection, higher rigidity and stiffness. Used in thermoplastic products, PVC cables and other plasticised PVC products. KRITILEN® BLACK PV89005 is approved for food contact and potable water applications. KRITILEN® WHITE PP9505 by Plastika Kritis is rutile titanium dioxide. Is a white masterbatch with PPH as the carrier resin. Provides white color, without contamination by dust. It has perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing. Offers high opacity, coloring strength and excellent UV-stability. It contains fine calcium carbonate as filler, which provides anti-fibrillation properties. Recommended for sheets, injection and blow molding. KRITILEN® WHITE PP9505 is approved for food contact. KRITILEN® 0164 Lemon by Plastika Kritis IS Lemon fragrance masterbatch with EVA as the carrier resin. It masks the unpleasant odor and replaces it with a desired aroma. Offers a convenient way of incorporating fragrances in various plastic molded parts or films. The end application polymers include polyethylene, polypropylene, EVA and flexible PVC. Recommended for use in injection molding and film processes. Used in garbage bags, various packaging products, pens, stationary products, etc. Its recommended addition rate is 0.2-1 %. KRITILEN® 0164 Lemon is in compliance with EC94/62. KRITILEN® BLACK PS758 by Plastika Kritis is a type of carbon black. Is a black masterbatch with PSGP as the carrier resin. Provides black color and improves UV-resistance, without contamination by dust and with good dispersion which is essential for maximum opacity and good UV stabilization. Used in pipes and thermoplastic products. It can be used in injection and blow molding. KRITILEN® BLACK PS758 is recommended for films, PS products and sheets.
