Boltorn™ H311 by Perstorp is a dendritic polymer polyol with high hydroxyl functionality. It is a viscous liquid at room temperature. It has excellent solubility in polyether polyols, glycols and polyalcohols. It increases foam stability and allows high firmness at low density. It is an effective load builder for high firmness molded foam and high resilience (HR) slabstock foam. It can provide exceptionally high FD or CFD loads, normally not achievable with conventional flexible foam technology. It offers high efficiency in foam formulations with lower total solid levels. Boltorn™ H31 can be used to replace copolymer polyols of styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) type or conventional type crosslinkers. It is 2-3 times as efficient as SAN-type polymer polyols in providing compressive loads at given solids level. Boltorn™ W3000 by Perstorp (PETRONAS) is amphiphilic hyperbranched polyester polyol. It contains long unsaturated fatty acid chains, which contribute to the air-drying and non-ionic groups which provide excellent water dispersability. Boltorn™ W3000 exhibits very good compatibility with a large number of alkyds and polyesters. Boltorn™ P1000 by Perstorp is a blend of dendritic polyester and polyether polyol. It is a viscous liquid at room temperature. It allows oligomer-only formulations to be developed without the use of labelled monomers. It improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and results in balanced mechanical properties. Boltorn™ P1000 is used as acrylate oligomer for UV-curing where labelling issues are of prime importance. Boltorn™ H20 by Perstorp (PETRONAS) is a hyperbranched polyester. It is a polyol polyester with 2,2-bis(methylol)propionic acid (bis-MPA) branching units. Extensive branching improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and results in balanced mechanical properties. It provides excellent thermal and chemical resistance. Boltorn™ H20 is used in plastic applications. Boltorn™ H2004 by Perstorp (PETRONAS) is a hyperbranched polyester. It is a polyol polyester with 2,2-bis(methylol)propionic acid (Bis-MPA) branching units. It improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and results in balanced mechanical properties. Boltorn™ H2004 is used in polymer building block. Boltorn™ U3000 by Perstorp (PETRONAS) is a fatty acid modified hyperbranched polyester. It is lipophilic polyester polyol with unsaturated fatty acids. It offers very good emission control. It possesses good film properties. Boltorn™ U3000 provides good outdoor durability. It is listed in ENCS. Boltorn™ P500 by Perstorp is a blend of dendritic polyester and polyether polyol. It offers high reactivity, chemical resistance, scratch resistance and low shrinkage. It can be used as a precursor for UV-curing acrylate oligomers. Boltorn™ P500 is recommended for flexible polyurethane foams where it acts as a crosslinking agent. Boltorn™ P501 by Perstorp is a blend of dendritic polyester and polyether polyol. It has a low viscosity along with improved hardness and scratch resistance. Offers high reactivity, chemical resistance and low shrinkage. Boltorn™ P501 can be used as a precursor for UV-curing acrylate oligomers.
