Esperal® 115RG by Pergan is medium to high-temperature organic peroxide. It acts as a vulcanizing agent for elastomers and a crosslinking agent for polyolefins. Also functions as a polymerizing initiator for polyesters and a flame retardant for alkenyl aromatic resins (such as polystyrene) when combined with organic halogens.
