Viscoat 802 by Osaka Organic Chemical is a mixture of tripentaerythritol acrylate, mono- and di-pentaerythritol acrylate, and polypentaerythritol acrylate. It is highly viscous and has a high molecular weight and functionality. It offers excellent photo resistance because of its high sensitivity and double bond density. Viscoat 802 is soluble in IPA, toluene, ethyl acetate, and MEK. It complies with ENCS and ECL.
