Chemigum® N684 by Omnova Solutions (Synthomer) is medium ACN copolymers of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Used in the manufacture of gaskets & seals, O-rings, diaphragms, bellows, printing & industrial rollers, hose & tubing, jointing sheets, footwear and wire & cable. Chemigum® N684 offers very good resistance to heat aging and abrasion loss. Chemigum® N385 by Omnova Solutions (Synthomer) is copolymers of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Chemigum® N385 is used for low mold fouling manufacture of oil resistant gaskets & seals, O-rings, diaphragms, bellows, printing & industrial rollers, hose & tubing, jointing sheets, footwear and wire & cable. Chemigum® N345 by Omnova Solutions (Synthomer) is medium ACN copolymers of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Used in extensively in automotive components, industrial rubber goods, footwear, wire & cable, hoses, gaskets & seals. Chemigum® P86F by Omnova Solutions (Synthomer) is a general purpose grade elastomeric modifier, featuring a low particle size for friction materials. Acts as a processing aid. Chemigum® P86F reduces noise and vibration during the service life of end use applications. Chemigum® P8D by Omnova Solutions (Synthomer) is a high viscosity grade elastomeric modifier that enhances the phenolic resins in brake pads and linings. Acts as a processing aid. Offers low fogging, good melt strength, elasticity, compression-set, resistance to abrasion-loss, flex-cracking, oil, fuel, solvent and animal fat, and plasticizer protection. Chemigum® P83 by Omnova Solutions (Synthomer) is medium viscosity and pre-crosslinked copolymer of butadiene-acrylonitrile, partitioned with PVC resin. Acts as a Proicessing aid. It can be used with PVC resins and to injection mold thick sections. Chemigum® P83 provides high elongation, resistance to abrasion, flex-fatigue, oils, fuels and many other chemicals. Medium viscosity and highly pre-crosslinked copolymer of butadiene-acrylonitrile, partitioned with calcium carbonate. Used to tailor-make low compression-set thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) when melt-compounded with general purpose, low cost, plasticized PVC. Offers full compatibility with PVC resins and its additives. Provides good physical properties, low temperature flexibility and oil resistance in quality extrusions and moldings.
