Nytex® 840 by Nynas is a high viscosity naphthenic process oil with good low temperature properties. It acts as a plasticizer. It has high solvent power. It is compatible with natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber and butadiene rubber. It very low volatility makes it suitable for polymer compounding and processing operations. Nytex® 840 is used in PVC and rubber applications.
