Acrylic Processing Aids TP-125 by Novista is acrylic copolymer. It is a general purpose processing aid based on medium-high molecular weight. Improves the processability and the performances of rigid PVC formulations. It is also extremely cost-effective, requiring only very low addition levels for high-quality results. Promotes faster fusion, increases the melt strength, enhances the extensibility and improves the melt homogeneity of the compounds. Increases the surface quality of PVC products. Offers excellent wall-thickness control and good thermoforming capabilities. Used to promote fusion of PVC compound. Acrylic Processing Aids TP-125 can be widely used for rigid PVC products such as PVC profile, PVC pipes, PVC pipe fitting and PVC foaming products etc. Acrylic Processing Aids TP-20 by Novista is a processing aid based on a low molecular weight acrylic polymer resin. Can be used in PVC formulations to improve the processability and the surface quality. Accelerates the fusion rate, increases the productivity and decrease processing temperature. Has better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC, etc. Offers excellent clarity and surface quality for end-use products, superior fusion promotion for rigid as well as soft PVC. Provides increased output rates and improved production efficiency. Acrylic Processing Aids TP-20 is recommended to use in transparent PVC product especially. Used in the processing of many rigid and flexible PVC products made by blow molding, calendering, extrusion and injection molding. Key applications include: PVC Sheets, film, bottles, and transparent pvc products. Acrylic Processing Aids TP-401 by Novista is a general pvc processing aid based on emulsion polymerization technology. It can be used in rigid pvc formulations to improve melt flowing, pvc gelation ability and surface quality. It has been widely used in the molding of various pvc products. Accelerates the pvc fusion rate in low temperature, increases the cohesion and homogeneity. Improves the pvc rheological property and pvc resin plasticizing. Acrylic Processing Aids TP-401 provides excellent clarity and surface quality for end-use products. Exhibits superior fusion promotion for rigid and soft pvc. Increases the output rates and improves the production efficiency. Used in sheet, film, bottle, profile, pipe, pipe fitting, foaming panel and WPC foaming products. Acrylic Processing Aids TL-175 by Novista is a PVC lubricating processing aid. Has low molecular weight. Although it can be used alone with satisfactory performance, it is often used together with other processing aids to enhance the plasticity of PVC resin. Possesses good metal release properties. It prolongs the working time and reduces the plate-out on the surface of machine. Acrylic Processing Aids TL-175 has excellent transparency without moving, higher output and better flow ability. Increases the surface quality of PVC products. Suitable to all kinds of products of PVC, such as rigid calendered film and sheets, rigid bottles, window profiles etc. Addition levels for this application are 0.5-1 phr (PVC 100 phr).
