Trigonox® 21S by Nouryon is an initiator for (co)polymerization of LDPE, styrene, acrylonitrile acrylates and methacrylates. It is used both for tubular and autoclave processes.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It can be used for the polymerization of styrene at approximately 90°C.</li> <li> It is used in combination with initiators such as tert-butyl peroxybenzoate (Trigonox® C) and tert-butylperoxy 2 ethylhexyl carbonate (Trigonox® 117).</li> <li> Trigonox® 21S is very suitable as a kicker in formulations for pultrusion and SMC/BMC.</li> <li> In combination with a cobalt accelerator, it is also applicable for the curing of unsaturated polyester resin at elevated and high temperatures.</li> <li> It has a shelf life of 3 months.</li> </ul> Trigonox® 36-C75 by Nouryon is an efficient initiator (75% active ingredient in odorless mineral spirits) for (co)polymerization of ethylene, vinylidine chloride acrylates and methacrylates. It is applied as an initiator for the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride in the temperature range 50-70°C. Trigonox® 36-C75 is used in both autoclave and tubular processes. The shelf life of this product is 3 months. Trigonox® 29-40B-PD-E by Nouryon is a crosslinking agent. It is 40% formulation on an inert carrier system. It offers excellent resistance to scorching. Trigonox® 29-40B-PD-E is used for crosslinking of natural & synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic polyolefins. The shelf life is 6 months. Trigonox® 263 VR by Nouryon is used as curing agent for unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and acrylic thermosetting resins. It offers all the advantages of a red MEKP, except red parts. Being thermally unstable substance, it may undergo self-accelerating decomposition. Trigonox® 263 VR is used for centrifugal & continuous casting, continuous laminating, fiber glass reinforced plastics, filament winding, hand lay-up & spray-up, polymer concrete/marble, resin transfer molding and vinyl ester resin curing. Trigonox® 42-C30 by Nouryon is an efficient initiator (30% active ingredient in odorless mineral spirits) for the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE). It is used for both tubular and autoclave processes. The shelf life of Trigonox® 42-C30 is 3 months. Trigonox® C-50D-PD by Nouryon is a monofunctional peroxide used for the cross-linking of natural & synthetic rubbers and thermoplastic polyolefins. It is alkyl acyl peroxide, 50% active ingredient on silica in powder form for ease of dispersion in an elastomer compound. Trigonox® C-50D-PD is suitable for cross-linking of EPDM rubber compounds at ambient temperature within some weeks. It is used in applications where fast curing is desired. The shelf life of this product is 6 months. Trigonox® 21-CE30 by Nouryon is used as an initiator for the (co)polymerization of ethylene. Being thermally unstable substance, Trigonox® 21-CE30 may undergo self-accelerating decomposition. Trigonox® 44K by Nouryon is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester and acrylic thermoset resins. Being thermally unstable substance, it may undergo self-accelerating decomposition. It is effective through-cure and lower residual monomer contents in applications such as panels and laminates. Trigonox® 44K will remain within the specifications for a period of at least 3 months after delivery. Trigonox® 178 VR by Nouryon is used as a curing agent. Being thermally unstable substance, it may undergo self-accelerating decomposition. It is used in centrifugal & continuous casting, filament winding, hand lay-up & spray-up, polymer concrete/marble and resin transfer molding. Trigonox® 187-W26 by Nouryon is used as an initiator for the (co)polymerization of vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride. Being thermally unstable substance, Trigonox® 187-W26 may undergo self-accelerating decomposition.
