Nurchem HEXA-80 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a methenamine-based hidisperion rubber additive. It exhibits low curing speed and high crosslinking yield of vulcanized rubbers. It is suitable for the bonding of rubber and metals. It has an EPDM/EVM binder. Nurchem HEXA-80 is used in rubbers. The shelf life is 2 years. Nurchem ETU-80 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is 1,3-ethylene thiourea-based primary accelerator or secondary ultra-accelerator for CR (both sulphur-modified and mercaptan-modified types), epichlorohydrin rubber and a booster in EPDM. It offers high tensile stress, low compression set, high plasticity and good heat resistance to rubbers. In association with antioxidants, it provides good resistance to aging. It shows good dispersion, little tendency to scorch and a high degree of processing safety. Nurchem ETU-80 increases modulus after vulcanization. Recommended for cables & wires, footwears, window frames, conveyor belts, rollers and diving suits. The shelf life is 2 years. Nurchem TETD-75 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a tetraethyl thiuram disulfide-based hidispersing agent. It is used for natural-, styrene-butadiene-, nitrile-, butyl- and 3-polybutadiene rubbers. It has an ethylene propylene rubber/EVM binder. Nurchem TETD-75 can also be used as curing agent, and in the manufacture of cables, rubberized fabric and rubber overshoes. The shelf life is 2 years. Nurchem TCY-70 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a trithiocyanuric acid-based hidispersing agent. It contains ECO/EVM binder. Nurchem TCY-70 is suitable for rubbers. The shelf life is 2 years. Nurchem DPG-80 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a N,N’-diphenyl guanidine-based primary accelerator for NR and SBR. It is a foam-stabilizer in silico-fluoride foam process. Moreover, it is a stabilizer for CR. It is mainly used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for thiazoles and sulphenamides. It contains EPDM/EVM binder. It offers faster cure rates and better mechanical properties in general purpose elastomers. Nurchem DPG-80 is mostly used for dark or black color products. The shelf life is 2 years. Nurchem TBzTD-70 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a tetrabenzyl thiuram disulfide-based primary accelerator for NR, IR, BR, SBR and NBR. It can be used as a secondary accelerator. In NR, in association with CBS, it is better in reversion and heat build-up than TMTD and it has a longer scorch time. In EPDM, it is a good booster when combed with other accelerators. In mercaptan modified CR, it is a scorch retarder when used with ETU. In vulcanization, Nurchem TBzTD-70 shows a good dispersion and a good degree of processing safety in comparison with TMTD. Recommended for tires, buffers, conveyor belts, seals, hoses, profiles, footwear, cable sheathing and insulation. The shelf life is 2 years. Nurchem MBTS-75 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is 2,2-dibenzothiazole disulfide-based general quasi-ultrafast accelerator with excellent processing safety. It can be used with dithiocarbamates to avoid scorching. Thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines can activate NURCHEM MBTS-75. It has EPM/EVM as a binder. It is a retarder for processing and vulcanization of CR compounds. Its vulcanizate has an excellent heat-aging resistance. Recommended for heat-resistant industrial products, cable jackets, insulating layers and solid rubbers. The shelf life is 1 year. Nurchem TBBS-75 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a general purpose primary accelerator with fast curing and delayed action. It is very safe at processing temperatures, but produces high modulus compounds at curing temperatures. Rubber compounds containing TBBS have less scorch tendency than CBS, and can be more safely processed. It imparts excellent cured physical properties including greatest tensile stress among the sulfenamide-type accelerator. It contains EPDM/EVM as a binder. Nurchem TBBS-75 is suitable for NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM. Recommended for tire treads, industrial goods, carcass, mechanicals, wire jackets, cables and wire insulations. The shelf life is 2 years. Nurchem DPTT-75 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a dipentamethylene thiuram. It acts as an effective primary or secondary accelerator or sulfur donor for use in IIR, NR, IR, SBR, CR, CSM, and particularly for NBR. It has a EPDM/EVM binder. For CSM, DPTT should be used together with MBTS to furnish higher safety in blending procedure. It also yields white rubber with excellent resistance against weathering. With NR and synthetic rubbers it vulcanizes without sulfur at low temperatures and leads to products with good physical properties and excellent resistance against aging. Nurchem DPTT-75 is effective at low and high temperatures and is suitable for light-colored stocks. It is used in products requiring aging resistance, high heat resistant goods, hoses, profiles, CSM products, rubber-coated fabrics, goods for industrial use and cables & wires. The shelf life is 2 years in its original packaging. Nurchem TDEC-75 by Nanjing Union Rubber Chemicals is a tellurium tetra-diethyldithiocarbamate-based primary or secondary accelerator for EPDM, NR, SBR, NBR, CR and IIR. It can be used with thiurams and thiazoles in IIR to offer high speed vulcanization. It has an excellent activating function for thiazole accelerators and yields anti-aging products of good quality with high tensile strength and high mechanical resistance. It readily disperses in rubbers. It is very active in SBR, associated with TMTD and MBT. It has an EPDM/ EVM binder. Nurchem TDEC-75 is used in technical rubber, airbags, tubes, cables, profiles, extrusion products, rubber-coated fabrics and wire insulations. The shelf life is 2 years.
