PE LTA1205 by MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches is an Additive masterbatch containing a high purity long-term antistatic agent of vegetable origin in PE carrier resin. PE LTA1205 migrates slowly to the surface at a controlled rate to maintain long-lasting conductivity.
PE EPH500 by MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches is Fluoropolymer based additive masterbatch containing 5% of the effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as a processing aid. PE EPH500 reduces the melt fracture (sharkskin), die-build-up and power consumption. Increases throughput. The masterbatch forms a thin coating on the metal surfaces that acts as a lubricant and reduces the friction between the metal and the polymer. Compatible with polyolefin.
PE ML1820 by MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches acts as a dessicant. It is an additive masterbatch containing effective substance in PE carrier resin. Suitable for injection molding applications where smooth surface is required. PE ML1820 is developed for use in thin film applications (e.g. films < 50 µ).
