Ekaland™ NDBC Coated by MLPC International (Arkema) is an antiozonant. It is an antioxidant for Hypalon, and includes oil powder and staining. Ekaland™ CDBC by MLPC International (Arkema) is a protection agent and stabilizer for plastics. Also used as an inhibitor for production of acrylic acid. Ekaland™ BQD 30 DS by MLPC International (Arkema) is an adhesion curative and promoter for rubber to metal bonding. It has 75% active in water and 50% active in ethyl benzene. Ekaland™ DTDM by MLPC International (Arkema) is sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubbers. It provides good scorch safety. Ekaland™ DPG by MLPC International (Arkema) is available in granule. It is thiazole booster and accelerator for Vamac (DuPont). It is non-nitrosamine generating. Ekaland™ PPDN 30 DX by MLPC International (Arkema) is an adhesion curative and promoter for rubber to metal bonding. It is 50% active in water and 30% active in benzene. Ultra accelerator that is activated at low temperatures.
Can be used as a primary and a secondary accelerator.
Especially good with slow- curing polymers such as EPDM and butyls.
Synergistic with thiazoles where it is used as a secondary accelerator.
Promotes predominantly monosulfidic crosslinks and high crosslink densities that are good for heat-aging resistance and low compression-set. Ultra-accelerator. Ultra-accelerator for CR and secondary accelerator for NR and SBR.
Corrosion inhibitor in metal treatment solutions. Secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, NBR and EPDM.
