Pyrofil™ TR06Q by Mitsubishi Rayon Carbon Fiber and Composites is a chopped carbon fiber (Standard small-tow). It is coated with epoxy. Its sizing ratio is 2.5%. It is compatible with POM, PC and PPE. Its unique sizing provides a balance between dispersibility into matrix resins and convergence performance during extruding. It has lower thermal expansion. It increases strength and modulus, adds heat and electronic conductivity. Provides fatigue endurance, dimensional stability, creep– and abrasion resistance.
