Oxo-biodegradable Additive OX1014 by Lifeline Technologies is composed of Poly-functional hydrophilic polymer. It is based on transition metal salts and nano TiO<sub>2</sub>. It is food safe, human safe, eco-friendly and initiates degradation of plastics in the presence of UV/sunlight and oxygen. It breaks the bonds in polymers and initiates their degradation in the presence of UV light/sunlight and oxygen, producing carbonyl, hydroxyl or carboxylic end groups. It is suitable with LLDPE, PS, and PBT. Recommended dosage is 1% for films and 1-2% for thick-walled components. Oxo-biodegradable Additive OX1014 has a shelf life of 2 years.
Insect Repellent Additive IR1010 by Lifeline Technologies is based on an unique blend of aromatic plant and other odoriferous compounds. It does not contain insecticides, pesticides or biocides, no harmful residue. It has a long lasting effect since the odoriferous compounds evaporate at a controlled rate, does not migrate after incorporation in polymer, is RoHS compliant and Ecologically safe. Compatible with LLDPE, PS,PBT. Suitable to manufacture films which can be used for wrapping fruit bearing flowers in pre-harvest conditions and fruits in pre and post-harvest conditions. Recommended dosage is 10% in polymers and 3% in finished products. It has a shelf life of two years.
Rodent Repellent Additive RR1009 by Lifeline Technologies is based on micro-porous acrylic polymer filled with mixture of odor emitting chemicals and very bitter compounds. It dissuades rodents from attacking polymers and is human safe, eco-friendly. Compatible with PP, LEPE. Suitable for use in cables (domestic cables, industrial cables, drip irrigation pipes, automobile cables), pipes. Recommended dosage is 10 % for polymers and 2- 3% for domestic cables and 3% for industrial cables and drip irrigation cables. It has a shelf life of two years.
