LENZING™ FR by Lenzing is heat protection fiber. It is produced from wood, a natural raw material. It offers protection against heat and flame in a variety of different applications. It is produced using the Lenzing Modal® process. It ensures that the very highest fiber tenacities are obtained and makes it possible to insert the FR agent in a permanent manner.
It is produced from indigenous beech wood. Lenzing Modal® by Lenzing is available in special colors including black. Lenzing Modal® is produced in an eco-friendly process using edelweiss technology.
