Stabaxol® P LF Pastilles by LANXESS is an anti-hydrolysis agent. It is polymeric carbodiimide and provides high thermal stability and lower emission during processing. It is suitable for millable urethane rubbers, thermoplastic polyester polyurethanes (TPU) as well as polyester polymers (PET, PBT, TPE-E) and polyamides. It has a shelf life of at least 24 months. Stabaxol® L by LANXESS is an anti-hydrolysis agent. It has distinctly reduced amount of volatile substances compared to Stabaxol® I and no labelling as hazardous good. It is suitable for polyester based polyols, polyester polyurethanes like TPUs, and rollable urethane rubber. It has a shelf life of at least 24 months under cool, dry conditions. Stabaxol® KE 9193 Masterbatch by LANXESS is an anti-hydrolysis agent for thermoplastic polyesters, especially for PBT. It is a polycarbodiimide-based masterbatch and acts as a polymer carrier. It is used in PBT extrudates and injection molded parts which need improved hydrolytic stability. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Stabaxol® P by LANXESS is an anti-hydrolysis agent for mill-able urethane rubbers, thermoplastic polyester polyurethanes (TPU), polyester polymers (PET, PBT, TPE) and polyamides.<br>

<li>Stabaxol® KE 7646 has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul> Stabaxol® I Powder by LANXESS is an active anti-hydrolysis agent for polyester polyurethanes produced by hot castings like PET, PBT, TPE, PLA, TPU and millable urethane rubber.<br>

<li>It is suitable for the extrusion of mono-filaments.</li>
<li>Stabaxol® I Powder has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul> Stabaxol® P 100 by LANXESS is an anti-hydrolysis agent for PET, PBT, PA and TPE. It is available as masterbatch based on the corresponding polymers. It is highly recommended to provide adequate local ventilation, where its stabilized products are exposed to temperatures exceeding 200°C. It is designed for polyester and polyamide processing which provides sufficient dispersion of the material in the polymer. Stabaxol® P 100 has a shelf life of 24 months. Stabaxol® 1 LF by Lanxess is a monomeric carbodiimide. Acts as an anti-hydrolysis agent. It has distinctly reduced content of volatile components for polyester polymers (PET, PBT, TPE), polyamide, thermoplastics polyester polyurethanes (TPU) and millable urethane rubber. Stabaxol® 1 LF is very suitable for extrusion of monofilaments. Its recommend dosage is 1.5 to 2.5 pbw for polyester, polyamide, and thermoplastic polyurethanes. Stabaxol® P 110 by Lanxess is an anti-hydrolysis agent for polyester polymers (PET, PBT, TPE), polylactide and polyamides. It is highly recommended to provide adequate local ventilation, where its stabilized products are exposed to temperatures exceeding 200 °C. It is also available in masterbatch form. It is suitable for polyester and polyamide processing which provides sufficient dispersion of the material in the polymer. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
