Levagard® 2100 by LANXESS is a phosphorus flame retardant. It is a low-viscosity reactive phosphonate that chemically bonds into the polymer becoming an integral part of the matrix. It offers low volatility, minimal migration, lower VOC emissions and enhanced durability. Due to its low plasticizing effect, it provides improved mechanical properties. It is a sustainable alternative for modern insulation systems.

It is efficient and reduces the release of additives from polymers, thus contributing to environmental and health protection without compromising fire safety.

Levagard® 2100 is specifically designed for rigid polyurethane (PUR), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam resins as well as closed cell spray foams used in construction and insulation applications.

It has a shelf life of 1 year.

Levagard® 4090 N by LANXESS is a halogen-free, reactive flame retardant. It can support a closed-cell foam structure and can be combined with Disflamoll® products. It is suitable for rigid PUR foams, PF, EP and UP resins. Levagard® 4090 N is used in polymers which can undergo reactions with hydroxyl groups. It has a shelf life of 9 months. Levagard® TEP-Z by LANXESS is a phosphorus-based flame retardant. Provides low viscosity and is used as a processing agent in chemical synthesis. Levagard® TEP-Z is designed for PIR, PUR rigid foams and thermosets. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Levagard® PP by LANXESS is a halogen-based, highly effective flame retardant. It is designed for polyurethanes, PIR, PUR-rigid foams and thermosets. It has a shelf life of 6 months. Levagard® DMPP by LANXESS is a halogen-free flame retardant. Exhibits very high phosphorus content and low-viscosity. Designed for roofing insulation, construction material, polymer auxiliaries and compounds. Levagard® DMPP is used for PIR or PUR rigid foams and thermosets. It has a shelf life of 9 months. Levagard® TP LXS 51114 by LANXESS is a phosphorus compound-based flame retardant. It is halogen-free and is characterized by low emissions (fogging) and low scorch. It offers compatibility with flexible polyurethane, cellulose derivatives, polyether- and polyester polyols. It can be used in the automotive industry as it does not contain any raw materials or impurities listed in the GADSL list (Global Automotive Declarable Substance List, Version 1.1, March 14, 2016). It finds application includes notebook displays, LCD screens and electronic housings. Levagard® TP LXS 51114 meets the strict VDA 278 standards for the characterization of non-metallic materials in vehicles with respect to volatile (VOC) and condensable (FOG) emissions.
