Genitron® SCE by LANXESS is a blowing agent based on azodicarbonic acid di-amide. It is highly activated ADC formulation with a low decomposition temperature. Genitron® SCE is used in thermoplastic and PVC products. Genitron® DP 35/22 by LANXESS is a blowing agent. It requires less time for degassing. It is used in injection molding and extrusion products. Genitron® VP KA 9175 by LANXESS is a sodium bicarbonate preparation-based blowing agent. It is used in extrusion processes of rigid PVC, where the use of azodicarbonic acid di-amide is not possible. It is developed for rigid PVC processing but also fits for the foaming of other injection molding thermoplastics. Genitron® LE by LANXESS is azodicarbonic acid di-amide preparation-based blowing agent. It offers low-temperature expansion and exhibits increased efficiency and line speed. It provides improved whiteness and reduces the loading of the blowing agent. It is used in low-temperature PVC plastisol, floor covering backing foams, high speed-and textured wall coverings. It has a shelf life of 9 months. Genitron® DL is a blowing agent by Lanxess. It is designed for PVC and polymer auxiliaries. Genitron® DL is suitable for low temperature applications. Genitron® ACR by Lanxess acts as a blowing agent. It is based on azodicarbonic acid diamide/p-toluene sulphohydrazide preparation. Genitron® ACR is used for the foaming of rubbers.
