Firemaster® PBS-64HW by Lanxess is a halogenated, non-blooming, polymeric flame retardant. This homopolymer of dibromostyrene possesses excellent thermal/color stability and superior flow in glass filled V-0 polyamide formulations. It is melt blendable for ease of processing. Firemaster® PBS-64HW is used for polyamides and thermoplastic polyesters (PBT and PET). The shelf life of this product is 6-12 months. Firemaster® 2100R by Lanxess is a non-blooming, general purpose, brominated, high-purity, non-DPO based flame retardant. It possesses excellent color, high thermal stability, good UV stability and high FR efficiency. Firemaster® 2100R is suitable for thermoplastic, elastomeric and thermoset polymer systems, such as HIPS, PBT, polypropylene, LDPE, EPDM, unsaturated polyester and epoxy. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. It is RoHS compliant. Firemaster® CP-44HF by Lanxess is a non-blooming, non-dusting, bromine-based polymeric flame retardant. It shows improved compatibility with the host polymer and eliminates need for drip suppressant in formulation. Firemaster® CP-44HF displays lower synergist levels and superior flow enhancement of glass filled polymers. It improves mechanical properties in non-reinforced polymers. It is melt blendable for ease of processing. It is designed for polyamides and thermoplastic polyesters (PBT and PET). Firemaster® BZ-54 by Lanxess is a low viscosity, halogenated flame retardant. It shows low volatility in automotive fogging tests, superior hydrolytic stability and improved adhesion in flame lamination. This product helps promote low IFD spread in HR foam. Firemaster® BZ-54 possesses outstanding resistance to foam discoloration during production. It does not contribute to California 117 smoldering. It is used in flexible polyurethane foams. Firemaster® 552 by Lanxess is a low viscosity, phosphorus and bromine based flame retardant. It is an effective flame retardant, even at low density and does not contain PBDE. Firemaster® 552 possesses outstanding foam scorch and cigarette smolder resistance. It shows excellent foam processing. The shelf life of this product is 6-12 months. Firemaster® 602 by Lanxess is a low viscosity, high efficiency, phosphorus and bromine based flame retardant. It does not contain brominated diphenyl ether (PBDE). This product shows outstanding resistance to foam discoloration, minimal effect upon IFD and compression set and produces white foam. Firemaster® 602 eliminates center softening in HR foams and even distribution throughout foam. It shows increased compatibility with polyols and good smolder performance in high density foam. Recommended for flexible polyurethane foams and mechanically cooled foams. The shelf life of this product is 6-12 months. Firemaster® 508 by Lanxess is a reactive, low viscosity, halogenated flame retardant blend. It is a blend of PHT4- Diol™ and phosphate ester. It depicts fast bulk tank transfer versus neat PHT4-Diol™ and higher solubility versus neat PHT4-Diol™. This product exhibits excellent compatibility with a broad range of commercial polyols and blowing agents. Firemaster® 508 is suitable for class 1 and class 2 rigid polyurethane foam. The shelf life of this product is 6-12 months. Firemaster® BZ-54HP by Lanxess is a low viscosity, halogenated flame retardant. It possesses outstanding resistance to foam discoloration during production. It shows low volatility in automotive fogging tests, superior hydrolytic stability and improved adhesion in flame lamination. Firemaster® BZ-54HP helps promote low IFD spread in HR foam. It does not contribute to California 117 smoldering. It is used in flexible polyurethane foams. It is used in applications where low fogging or increased adhesion during lamination is critical. Firemaster® 504 by Lanxess is a halogenated (bromine), flame retardant. It exhibits low viscosity (pours at room temperature) offering improved process handling and storage (fast bulk tank transfer and higher solubility) characteristics versus neat Firemaster®508. Firemaster® 504 exhibits excellent compatibility with rigid polyurethane and blowing agents. It is suitable for Class 1 and Class 2 rigid polyurethane foam and one component foam. It is listed in US.TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), Canadian DSL (Domestic Substances List), AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), NZIoC (New Zealand Inventory of Chemicals), KECI (Korea Existing Chemicals Inventory), PICCS (The Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances) and IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances Produced or Imported in China) inventory. Firemaster® 600 by Lanxess is a low viscosity, high efficiency, phosphorus and bromine based flame retardant. It does not contain brominated diphenyl ether (PBDE). This product shows outstanding resistance to foam discoloration, minimal effect upon IFD and compression set and produces white foam. Firemaster® 600 eliminates center softening in HR foams and even distribution throughout foam. It shows increased compatibility with polyols and good smolder performance in high density foam. It is used in HR, viscoelastic (memory) and conventional polyurethane foams. The shelf life of this product is 6-12 months.
