Disflamoll® TKP by LANXESS is a phosphate ester plasticizer with fast gelling behavior for flexible PVC and good flame retarding characteristics in many polymers. It also acts as a base oil for fire-resistant hydraulic fluids and as an anti-wear additive in lubricants. It exhibits fast fusion, low-volatility and good resistance to oil extraction. It is applicable in rubber compounds to improve flame retardancy, coldness flexibility and processing. It is also used as a flame retardant in the production of articles made of flexible PVC, such as transparent sheets, cables, floor and wall coverings. Disflamoll® TKP has a shelf life of 2 years. Disflamoll® 51092 by LANXESS is a butylated triphenyl phosphate-based flame retardant. It is a phosphate ester with good plasticizing efficiency in many polymers. It is a halogen-free additive and exhibits low odor. It finds application in tarpaulins, cables, E&E housings, furniture and automotive interiors to thermos insulated hoses. It is also used in many plastics (plasticized PVC, flexible PU foams, TPU, PC-ABS and NBR-PVC blends), coated textile fiber, flexible PVC, polyurethanes and elastomers. Disflamoll® 51092 has a shelf life of 2 years. Disflamoll® TP LXS 51036 by LANXESS is a phosphate ester-based flame retardant. It exhibits high softening efficiency and good low-temperature resistance. Disflamoll® TP LXS 51036 is recommended for use in PVC applications, especially for artificial leather. Disflamoll® TKP-P is tricresyl phosphate (TCP). Acts as a plasticizer with fast gelling behavior for flexible PVC and good flame retarding characteristics in many polymers. It offers benefits like fast fusion, low volatility, good resistance to oil extraction and good flame retarding characteristics. Suitable for the production of articles made of flexible PVC, such as transparent sheets, cables, floor and wall coverings. Disflamoll® 51036 is a phosphate ester preparation. Acts as a low viscosity phosphate ester plasticizer with fast gelling in flexible PVC and good flexibility at low temperatures. It also acts as a flame retardant. Compatible with PVC. It has a minimum shelf life of 1 year. Disflamoll® DPO by Lanxess is 2-ethylhexyl diphenyl phosphate (DPO). Acts as a low viscosity phosphate ester plasticizer with good gelling behaviour for flexible PVC. It acts also as a flame retardant in TPU, NBR and cellulose acetate. It is fast fusing, has low viscosity plastisols, low temperature properties. It can be recommended in certain food contact applications. Disflamoll® DPO has a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Disflamoll® DPK by Lanxess is cresyl diphenyl phosphate (CDP). Acts as a highly effective flame retardant phosphate ester. Its flame retarding efficiency permits blending with standard plasticizers and so allowing wide flexibility for formulators. Compatible with PVC, phenolic resins and epoxy resins, PC/ABS blends, TPU compounds, PUR- foams (rigid and flexible) and rubbers. Disflamoll® DPK has a minimum shelf life of 2 years. Disflamoll® TP liquid is triphenyl phosphate (TPP). Acts as a flame retardant. Compatible with cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butyrate and vinyl copolymer compounds which are used in molding applications. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months. Disflamoll® TOF by Lanxess is tris (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (TOP). Acts as a plasticizer. It is also used as a solvent in the production of hydrogen peroxide, as a carrier for pigments in the manufacture of pigment pastes for plastics. It has a very good resistance to low temperatures and weathering. Disflamoll® TOF is compatible with PVC, PUR, NBR, SBR and EPDM. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Disflamoll® TP LXS 51092 is butylated triphenyl phosphate. Acts as a flame retardant with good plasticizing efficiency. Compatible with flexible PVC and also polyurethanes and elastomers. It has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
