BC-52™ by Lanxess is a brominated, aromatic flame retardant. It is suitable for PBT, PET, PET/PBT blends, PC, ABS, ABS/PC blends, polysulfone, and SAN. This product offers excellent thermal stability, UV stability and color in the final part. It allows it to be formulated for applications subjected to indoor fluorescent and casual outdoor sunlight exposure. The shelf life of BC-52™ is 6-12 months.
