Addocat® 30EL08 by Lanxess is a catalyst for the production of polyurethane elastomers by rotational casting. It provides adjustment of the flowability. It is suitable for roller coverings. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Addocat® 1926 by LANXESS is a catalyst for the production of rigid polyurethane foams. It catalyzes the blowing and cross-linking reactions. It finds application in on-site casting, continuous and discontinuous production of foam sheets and sandwich panels. It is also suitable for metering units, automatic metering, discontinuous heat or cold insulation of piping and refrigeration equipment. Recommended dosage level is 2-6 parts by weight, calculated on 100 parts by weight polyether polyol. Addocat® 1926 has a shelf life of 12 months. Addocat® 1656 by LANXESS is a catalyst for the manufacture of polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid slab-stock foams. It is preparation of a tertiary amine, a metallo-organic compound and an emulsifier. Addocat® 1656 has a shelf life of 3 months at 20°C. Addocat® PV by LANXESS is a catalyst for the production of PUR foams, e. g. rigid- and flexible ester slab-stock foam. It improves the flow of the reaction mixture. In the production of flexible PUR ester foams, it is used in combination with Addocat® 101 to catalyze the blowing and cross-linking reaction. It is designed for foam filling of intricately shaped cavities, continuous production of foam sheets, cold or heat insulation of refrigerators and piping. Addocat® PV has a shelf life of 24 months. Addocat® DB by LANXESS is used as an accelerator in EP systems. It is used as a catalyst for the production of PUR foam, e. g. flexible ester slab-stock- and rigid foam. It is a weak catalyst for the cross-linking reaction. It is used as a co-catalyst and gives the rigid foam a tough and slightly elastic surface, especially in polyester polyol containing systems. It is applicable in on-site casting, continuous production of building boards with flexible and rigid or metal facings. Addocat® DB has a shelf life of 24 months. Addocat® 105 by LANXESS is a universal catalyst for PUR applications like elastomers, flexible slab-stock-, hot molded-, HR-, filling-, integral skin- and rigid foam. It is one of the standard catalysts for polyurethanes. In foam production, it activates both the blowing and the cross-linking reaction. In semi-rigid filling foams, it is used with a tri-ethanol amine to improve the open cell structure. In rigid foam, it gives a tough and elastic skin, thus enhancing the adhesion of the foam to flexible and rigid facings. In combination with Addocat® 201, it reduces the demolding times in PUR integral skin foam. It is suitable for on-site casting, continuous and discontinuous production of sandwich panels, discontinuous heat or cold insulation of refrigerators and piping. Addocat® 105 has a shelf life of 24 months. Addocat® 101 by Lanxess is a catalyst for polyester foams and co-catalyst for polyether foams. It is used for the production of polyurethane foam, especially flexible slab-stock foams (ether and ester types). Recommended dosage rate of Addocat® 101 is 1-1.4 p.b.w. for 3 p.b.w. amount of water. Addocat®201 is dibutyl tin dilaurate. Acts as a catalyst for the production of polyurethanes, e.g. integral skin foams, rigid spray foam, cold-curing cast elastomers etc. It considerably reduces the cure time. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Addocat®104 is triethylene diamine (1,4-diazabicyclo(2,2,2)octane. Acts as a catalyst. In foam production it activates both the gas reaction and the crosslinking reaction.In the production of polyurethane foams, its crystals can be dissolved in the water belonging to the recipe. In the production of polyether slabstock foam and hot molded foam. It serves mainly to promote the gas reaction and is used in combination with Addocat SO, which activates the crosslinking reaction. Used in the production of polyurethanes, e.g. flexible slabstock foam, hot molded foam, HR foam, filling foam, integral skin foam, rigid foam and other products. Applications include continuous and discontinuous production of sandwich panels, discontinuous cold/heat insulation of refrigerators and piping and on-site casting. Recommended dosage is 0.3 - 1.0 p.b.w. on 100 p.b.w. polyol. Addocat®108 is a mixture of bis-(2-dimethyl-aminoethyl)-ether and dipropylene glycol. Acts as a activator for the production of polyurethane flexible slab-stock foam and hot-molded foam. It is also used for HR foam and, as a co-catalyst, for rigid foams. Suitable for continuous production of panels and slabstock. - discontinuous heat/cold insulation of piping and refrigerators. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
