Plastic defoamer is a new function master batch that is specially developed for solving the problem of bubble. It also acts as a dessicant that absorbs water with weight of 20% of the agent itself. It is applied to an ordinary equipment, so that there is no need to change processing process. It is non-toxic, non-irritant as well as does not release irritant gas. It leads to no mesh clogging and can greatly reduce raw material cost. It is widely applied to processing such as blown film, plate material, sheet material, extrusion, plastic injection, blow molding, bottle blowing and knitting of PP, PE, PS, ABS, LDPE and HDPE recycled material, moistening material and degradable plastics so as to gurantee the product quality & yield, by reducing power consumption and improving productivity.
