CELLCOM M(S5-C2) by Kumyang acts as a flame retardant & smoking suppression and padding. It is applicable for engineering plastics and cable industries especially for HFIX wire & cable (halogen-free insulated wire crosslinked). CELLCOM M(S5-C2) provides thin thickness wire & cable where requires higher thermal resistance in automotive engine. CELLCOM AC7000MC by Kumyang acts as a chemical blowing agent. It has fine cell and high expansion ratio. CELLCOM AC7000MC is compatible with flexible PVC and suitable for injection processing method. CELLCOM ACMP/L by Kumyang acts as a chemical blowing agent for crosslinked PE foam. It exhibits high temperature process & uniform cell structure. It is applicable for plastics. CELLCOM KR-588 by Kumyang is titanium dioxide rutile specially designed for plastic applications. It has super bluish undertone and high tinting strength. It offers outstanding dispersion and hinding powder. It exhibits excellent processibility, top-level opacity, good heat stability & color performance. It offers surface treatment guarantees super low moisture absorption and volatile at high temperature. It is recommended as polyolefin master batch, especially high-loading master. CELLCOM KR-588 is applicable for thin & casting film, engineering plastics and various plastics which have high request on dispersion and volatile at high temperature. CELLCOM HQS by Kumyang is titanium dioxide pigment with good brightness and high very refractive index (n=2.7). It has high activity magnesium oxide by firing magnesite at temperatures between 600°C-1000°C. It is an effective opacifier in powder form and suitable for water treatment. CELLCOM HQS is applicable for plastics. CELLCOM XMH55 by Kumyang is high purity ultrafine magnesium hydroxide-based flame retardant filler. It is used in engineering plastics, epoxy resin, rubber, chemical industry building materials, mining cable accessories & sheath. CELLCOM ACMP/K1 by Kumyang is a specially formulated chemical blowing agent for fine cell cross-linked LDPE foam by extrusion and continuous oven foaming process. It is dispersed easily in polymer compounds and is suitable for coarse & uniform cell structure and smoother skin in the sponge. It decomposes relatively faster rate, provides lower processing temperature without any special kickers or additive, than other normal azodicarbonamide. CELLCOM ACMP/K1 is compatible with polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). CELLCOM AC3000E by Kumyang acts as a chemical blowing agent. It is an economical grade and compatible with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). CELLCOM AC3000E is suitable for injection processing method and applicable for plastics. CELLCOM OBSH/Y by Kumyang acts as a blowing agent It exhibits excellent storage stability as azodicarbonamide (AC) under normal conditions. It has low decomposition temperature, particle size, shape & non-flammable properties and releasing nitrogen gas mainly & widely using for EPDM weatherstrip and high quality wall covering. It provides improved dispersion by surface coating with small amounts of additives. CELLCOM OBSH/Y is compatible with PVC, EVA, CR and EPDM. CELLCOM AC7000FK by Kumyang acts as a chemical blowing agent. It possesses low toxicity, high decomposition temperature and high expansion ratio. It is self-extinguishing when flame is removed. The decomposition residues are odorless, non-toxic, non-coloring and non-straining. It is an additive that is able to evolve gas through thermal decomposition and produce foam structures in a polymeric matrix such as plastic & rubber. CELLCOM AC7000FK is compatible with PE, PP, PVC, PS, EVA, ABS & rubber and suitable for extrusion processing method.
