Urea methanal condensate. It functions as a soft feeling matting agent, filler and a slipping improvement agent. It provides strong resistance to heat, solvent, acid as well as alkaline with high mechanical strength. It is inert as well as inactive and has a narrow distributed solid spherical shaped particles (sub-micron-sized) with cluster structure. It is insoluble in most organic solvent systems with non melting property and a neutral pH. It is used in plastics, rubber, etc.
Thermoset amino resin. It functions as filler and modifier for plastics, rubber. It provides strong resistance to heat, solvent with high mechanical strength and strong shock resistance. It shows improved affinity to vehicle or binder comparing with traditional inorganic powder and easy dispersion. It is inert, inactive, insoluble (as not soluble in most organic solvent systems) and non melting. It is light, homogenous and has a narrow distributed white solid spherical shaped particles (micron-sized).
Methyl methacrylate cross-polymer (PMMA micron beads) functions as an anti blocking agent when applied in polyolefin, PET and other films. It shows strong resistance to heat, solvent, acid and alkaline. Due to its spherical shape, particles neither scratch nor damages the film surface. It does not hinder the light transmissions through films due to its highly transparent nature. It is odorless, flowable, dispersive, slippery at high levels, smooth, silky and pressable. It has a low density as well as less tendency for precipitation with netral pH. It has a narrow distributed solid spherical shaped particles (micron-sized) with minimal aggregation.
