Black masterbatch based on PE with ultrafine carbon black. Offers high dispersibility, opacity, jet ness, loading, brightness as well as shining and no agglomerates. Used in injection molding, thin film as well as compounding, non woven, lamination & product require high jetness.
Calcium carbonate. Acts as a blow-aid. Offers better loading and stacking properties to the blow molded containers as well as injection molded articles. Is added along with the polymer to provide better and controlled flow properties to the polymer during extrusion as well as injection process. Improves the wall thickness of the container, reduces the cycle time hence increased output. Exhibits better printability and improves the barrier properties of the article. Also improves the mechanical properties i.e. impact & flexural modulus due to reinforcement effect of filler as well as specialty polymers. Suitable for packaging of food products.
Calcium carbonate. Acts as a film-aid. Offers better bubble stability, strength, improved bag printability, increased output and barrier properties. Is non toxic, odorless and tasteless. Improves the heat proof character, anti slippery properties, dimensional stability of the film manufactured. Acts as a cost reducing agent by replacing equivalent amount of polymer. Provides the opacity to the film manufactured thus reducing the amount of masterbatch to be used for the coloring purpose.
