Capa® 3031

Capa® 3031 is a very low molecular weight trifunctional caprolactone polyol, in which all of the hydroxyl groups are primary. It is an easy to process, shape and apply clear, colorless liquid that is non-toxic, odorless and biodegradable in nature. Exhibits very low molecular weight, excellent strength, abrasion resistance and water solubility. Offers fast wetting, gloss, superior performance, hydrolytic stability, outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures and lasting outdoor performance. Shows strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates including leather under demanding conditions. Capa® 3031 is suitable for very hard polyurethanes and micro-cellular foams. Used as a chain extender in polyurethane elastomers. Applications include automotive and industrial segments including seals & gaskets.

Capa® 2201

Capa® 2201 is a standard grade linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone monomer, terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. Exhibits outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures, low viscosity, gloss, hydrolytic stability, excellent strength, UV resistance and abrasion resistance. It shows a lasting outdoor performance for polyurethane materials. It has low impurities and is non-toxic, biodegradable, easy to process with short cycle times, shape and apply. Provides strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates and shows consistent crystallization. It possesses excellent mechanical properties even at low density, wide interval of service temperatures, consistent and narrow molecular weight distribution and consistent reactivity. It helps in remarkable cold flex fatigue, improved compression sets and improved tear strength. The product has been specially developed as a low reactivity alternative to Capa® 2200 for use in cast polyurethanes where extended processing times are required. In addition, Capa® 2201 also provides much more easily controlled pre-polymer manufacture. Applications include automotive components, automotive industry, footwear industry.

Capa® 2302

Capa® 2302 is a standard grade linear polyester diol derived from caprolactone monomer, terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. It is an easy to process, shape and apply white waxy solid. Also, it is non-toxic, odorless and biodegradable in nature. Exhibits consistent crystallization, excellent strength, abrasion resistance, low viscosity and low impurity content. Offers superior performance, outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures and lasting outdoor performance. Shows strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates including leather under demanding conditions. Capa® 2302 is specially developed as an intermediate for the production of polyurethane elastomers with high tear strength. Applications include automotive and industrial segments including seals & gaskets.
