INCIRCLE® IP1610 by Ingenia is a polymer modifier masterbatch. It is designed for modifying 100% LLDPE to provide similar heat shrink performance of LDPE/LLDPE blends, without sacrificing the mechanical properties. In combination with LLDPE, it offers improved bubble stability.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for blown- and cast film applications.</li>
<li>It is free of animal-based ingredients.</li>
<li>INCIRCLE® IP1610 meets the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.</li></ul> INCIRCLE® IP1417 by Ingenia is a liquid phosphite antioxidant in combination with other stabilizers in a polyethylene carrier resin. It provides the best performance for improved PE PCR recyclate quality. It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates. It minimizes the yellowing of recycled polyethylene compared to traditional solid phosphite-phenol blends (IP1415). <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li> It is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE film, injection molding, blown film-, cast film- and sheet extrusion applications. </li>
<li> It maintains the original melt flow, improves long term thermal stability and is particularly suitable for use with reprocessed material. </li>
<li> It reduces the gel formation in films produced from recycled polyethylene, outperforming traditional solid phosphite-phenol blend antioxidant technology. </li>
<li> It reduces the color generation due to multiple extrusion (heat & shear) cycles. </li>
<li> It can be combined with compatibilizer solutions to enable the recycling of multilayer/multimaterial films containing polyamide and EVOH. </li>
<li> INCIRCLE® IP1417 complies with FDA food contact regulations. </li>
<li> It has shelf life of 1 year. </li></ul> INCIRCLE® IP1601 by Ingenia is a compatibilizer masterbatch that allows for recycle ready packaging film structures containing nylon and/or EVOH, to enter the polyethylene film recycle stream at end of package life. The product also allows for barrier film edge trim and start up scrap to be re-used into new film production.<br>

<li>It reduces the particle size of the polar phase, brings uniformity to the particle size distribution.</li>
<li>It increases the interfacial adhesion between the nonpolar matrix and polar phase.</li>
<li>It is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE film and molding, blown film-, cast film- and sheet extrusion applications.</li>
<li>It is free of animal-based ingredients and is recognized by the APR film recyclability test protocol FPE-CG-01 Path 1A.</li>
<li>It complies with FDA food contact regulations and CONEG.</li>
<li>INCIRCLE® IP1601 assist with recycling of PE/PET lamination film scrap.</li></ul>
