Indofil K-120CL

Indofil K-120CL by Indofil Industries is modified acrylic processing aid. It improves the processing of rigid & semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It provides improved clarity, smooth flow, excellent hot strength and outstanding dispersibility. It can be used for opaque applications including calendared film, shrink film, pipes & fittings, injection molded parts, conduits and extruded profiles. The recommended dosage level of the Indofil K-120CL is 1-3 phr.

Indofil K-700F

Indofil K-700F by Indofil Industries is an ultra-high molecular weight acrylic processing aid for foam PVC applications. It improves processability & quality of foamed PVC even on reduced density. It provides rapid fusion, smooth flow, improved surface finish, high gloss and enhanced cohesion of PVC melt & its homogeneity. It offers high melt strength, elasticity and uniform cell structure & particle size. It promotes high melt strength, elasticity and extensibility. Indofil K-700F is suitable for producing foamed PVC products with high luster surface & low foam density including foam sheet, foam board, pipe, profiles and wood plastic composite foam board. The recommended dosage level is 8-14 phr.

Indofil K-120 ND

Indofil K-120 ND by Indofil Industries is processing aid with uniform particle size for rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It exhibits excellent combination of strength, chemical inertness and fire resistance. It offers clarity, rheology, heat stability and crease whitening resistance & enhances powder flow and achieves molecular weight consistency. Indofil K-120 ND can be used for blown film, blow-molded bottles, injection molded parts, pipe & conduit, rigid & flexible PVC foam, siding, window profiles, weatherable products and vacuum-formed parts. It is suitable for use in plasticized, calendared & extruded films and sheets.
