Photomer® 3016 LT by IGM Resins is 100% Bisphenol A type difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer. It is non-volatile and versatile. Provides fast cure speed, high surface hardness, good solvent resistance and high gloss. Photomer® 4361 by IGM Resins is an ethoxylated analogue of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (Photomer® 4017). It is a very low irritation monomer which can be used as a high-performance diluent in UV/EB energy curable systems.

It exhibits a much lower draize value and similar solvency characteristics & film properties as compared to standard HDDA, making it useful as a direct replacement for HDDA in most formulations.

Photomer® 4361 is also comparable to HDDA in reducing the viscosity of a standard bisphenol A epoxy acrylate system over the normal concentration range.

It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Photomer® 4362 by IGM Resins is a propoxylated analogue of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (Photomer® 4017). It is a very low irritation monomer that exhibits higher degree of flexibility and moderate solvency as compared to standard HDDA. It is compatible with a variety of polyester, epoxy and urethane acrylate oligomers.

It offers improved adhesion due to its flexibility and low shrinkage in applications for plastic packaging films such as polypropylene & polyester.

Photomer® 4362 has a shelf life of 12 months.

Photomer® 4356 by IGM Resins is a tri-functional acrylated monomer. It can be polymerized in the presence of free radicals. It is designed for UV- and EB curable applications. It provides high reactivity, high cross-linking density and excellent scratch-, abrasion-, water- and chemical resistance.

It also offers good heat resistance combined with low shrinkage and non-yellowing properties.

It is used in photopolymers and photoresists.

Photomer® 4356 has a shelf life of 12 months.

Photomer® 4050 by IGM Resins is an aliphatic difunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low volatility, good flexibility and reactivity.

It is an effective reactive diluent with good viscosity reducing and solvency characteristics for a wide range of radiation curable oligomers and prepolymers monomer.

It exhibits reactivity, hardness, flexibility, yellowing resistance and adhesion properties.

It is recommended for electronics market.

Photomer® 4050 has a shelf life of 12 months.

Photomer® 3016-20D by IGM Resins is a medium viscosity, non-volatile, difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer derived from a lower molecular weight aromatic epoxy resin, which is then with 20% PHOTOMER® 4226 (DPGDA).

It is designed for use in UV/EB curing applications and offers fast cure speed, good solvent resistance and high gloss.

It exhibits reactivity, hardness, flexibility, yellowing resistance,
adhesion and pigment wetting.

Photomer® 3005 by IGM Resins is a reactive epoxy soybean oil acrylate. It has 100% solids and medium viscosity designed for UV/EB curable systems.

It forms flexible films, exhibits moderate cure speed and low odor.

Due to its oleophilic character, it contributes toward enhanced compatibility with hydrophobic (nonpolar) substrates, and it enhances the wetting of organic pigments.

It exhibits reactivity, hardness, flexibility, yellowing resistance, adhesion and pigment wetting.

It complies with TSCA, EINECS, DSL, AICS, ENCS/MITI, IECSC, PICCS, NZloC and TAIWAN.

Photomer® 2012 by IGM Resins is a very low viscosity monofunctional methacrylated monomer which can be polymerized in the presence of free radicals. It is typically used in UV and EB curable applications. It exhibits adhesion, reactivity, hardness and flexibility. It is used in electronics market. Photomer® 4028 by IGM Resins exhibits moderately low viscosity, low odor, excellent cure speed and low irritancy. It contributes towards good adhesion, scuff and abrasion resistance properties.
