TREFIL® 1232-400 AST by HPF Minerals (Quarzwerke Group) is natural mica (phlogopite)-based filler. It is treated with aminosilane and characterized by its distinct flaky structure. It is produced by iron-free grinding with subsequent air separation and coating with an organo-silicon compound. TREFIL® 1232-400 AST is suitable for plastics. TREFIL® 1232-500 AST/1 by HPF Minerals (Quarzwerke Group) is natural mica (phlogopite)-based filler. It is characterized by its distinct flaky structure. It is produced by iron-free grinding with subsequent air separation and coating with an organo-silicon compound. TREFIL® 1232-500 AST/1 is surface treated and designed especially for polyamide.
