H (DPT) by Hangzhou Hi-Tech Fine Chemical is Dinitroso pentamethylene tetramine. Has large quantities of gas volume and decomposition temperature. Is easy of regulating, good compatibility of rubber, low-cost, high-brightness products. Widely applied in foaming rubber, such as natural rubber, nitrile butadiene and styrene rubber, the products will not change color and be free from contamination. Moreover, H (DPT) is widely applied in compression molding and blow molding of plasticized PVC. Usually add some additives (such as surface-treated urea, biuret, salicylic acid, phthalic acid and polyols etc.) in foaming processing to reduce the decomposition temperature within the scope of 120 - 190 ° C to produce gas.
