Hexafluoroisopropanol. Acts as a solvent. It is a water-soluble acidic alcohol present as water-white clear liquid. Exhibits strong hydrogen bonding properties. Suitable for many different kinds of polymers and peptides. Also suitable for preparing fluorinated esters of polyacrylate and polymethacrylate polymers.
