GRAFTALEN™ HD-XL 15025 by Graft Polymer is a thermo-crosslinking high density polyethylene. It can be used as standalone material with crosslinking degree of >90%, or as an additive in roto-molding powders. It provides excellent resistance against deformation at higher temperatures. GRAFTALEN™ HD-XL 15025 is used in roto-molding applications. GRAFTALEN™ MP-UHHD 00850 by Graft Polymer is a melt processable ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene based on high density polyethylene. It acts as a toughener. It exhibits very high impact strength which remains high even at low temperatures and great flexural properties. It offers improved mechanical characteristics, high stiffness and abrasion resistance. GRAFTALEN™ MP-UHHD 00850 can be used as a modifier. It is suitable for extrusion. GRAFTALEN™ SA by Graft Polymer acts as a rheology modifier and release agent. It can increase melt flow index. It should be added to base materials in quantities from 0.5% to 5% during processing. It can be processed using injection molding. It has a shelf life of 3 years. The shelf life of GRAFTALEN™ MB-HMSPP 01000 is 2 years. GRAFTALEN™ HMFI-PP 5000 by Graft Polymer is a homopolymer of polypropylene with ultra-high melt flow index. It is used to increase melt flow of polypropylene and polypropylene compounds. GRAFTALEN™ HMFI-PP 5000 is designed for thin-wall injection molding. Its shelf life is 2 years from the date of delivery. GRAFTALEN™ MB-HMSPP 01200 by Graft Polymer is a high melt strength long chain branched polypropylene masterbatch. It offers good melt stability at lower shear stress. It is suitable for foaming applications. GRAFTALEN™ MB-HMSPP 01200 is recommended for sheet extrusion thermoforming, blow molding, extrusion coating, fiber/film extrusion and injection molding. It is designed to increase the melt strength of polypropylene for easy processing. The shelf life of the product is 2 years. The dosage level of the product is 5-10% to PP while extruding process. GRAFTALEN™ MB EB-PER 00730 by Graft Polymer is an ethylene-butyl acrylate based additive for polypropylene. It can be used as flow enhancer. It is designed to increase melt-flow of polypropylene. GRAFTALEN™ MB EB-PER 00730 is suitable for thin-wall injection molding. It can be stored for 2 years. GRAFTALEN™ MB-50A187 by Graft Polymer is a masterbatch of epoxy functional silane contained in PE based porous carrier. It acts as a coupling agent for polyester and glass fiber composites. It enhances wet electrical properties of epoxy-based packaging materials and encapsulates. GRAFTALEN™ MB-50A187 can be stored for 2 years. GRAFTALEN™ MB-HMSPP 01210 by Graft Polymer is a masterbatch of long chain branched (LCB) polypropylene homopolymer. It provides good stability at lower shear stress. It is suitable for foaming applications. It is recommended for sheet extrusion thermoforming, blow molding, extrusion, coating, fiber/film extrusion and injection molding. It is designed to increase the melt strength of polypropylene for easy processing. The shelf life of the product is 2 years. GRAFTALEN™ MB-EMAH by Graft Polymer is an ethylene-maleic anhydride copolymer in ethylene butyl acrylate carrier. It acts as a great compatibilizer for polyamides and polyamide compounds. It shows excellent interactions with polar functional groups due to its high number of reactive anhydride groups. It offers increased mechanical properties such as impact strength & flexural properties and melt-flow properties in engineering plastics. It works best when polyolefin and calcium carbonate content is lower than 5%, and titanium dioxide content is lower than 0.5%. GRAFTALEN™ MB-EMAH provides improved wear resistance and melt strength. The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
