Meretard A by Finorchem is a N-Nitrosodiphenylamine. Acts as a pre-vulcanization inhibitor in carbon black filled rubber compounds. It is not a self-igniting grade but is flammable. Is insoluble in water but soluble in methanol, acetone, xylene, 1,2-Dichloro ethane, carbon disulphide and slightly soluble in ethanol. Cyclohexylthiophthalimide. Used as prevulcanization inhibitor in carbon black filled rubber compounds.
