Varamix® by Finite Fiber is a patented 100% fiber product which blends aramid pulp and fibers with dispersion aids to help disperse the fibers in a polymer matrix and provides the performance characteristics needed. It increases modulus of compound and offers high temperature-, tear-, wear- and abrasion-resistance. It is used as reinforcement fiber for manufactured rubber goods.
PAN Carbon Fiber by Finite Fiber is a sized, PAN precursor, milled carbon fiber. It is low fibrillation, conductive filler is ideal for rubber and plastics reinforcement. It exhibits high dimensional stability, lightweight, chemical and biological resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, specific toughness, stiffness, strength and low relative density. It can be processed by injection, extrusion, compression, transfer, internal & mill mixing, calendaring, casting, vacuum and thermoforming. It is most commonly used in combination with a matrix material to form an advanced composite.
Aramid Fibers A12 by Finite Fiber is a dry milled, low fibrillation, short aramid fiber. It is characterized by outstanding weight to strength ratios, high cut and abrasion resistance. It possesses low flammability and no melt point. It has high crystalline polymer chain with high heat and high strength properties. <br>
