Nubifer NB-5970 by Ferro is a micronized iron oxide pigment with high tinting strength and a bluish shade. It is opaque to visible light and NIR absorbent. It offers properties that include ease of dispersion with excellent dimensional stability, resulting in no warping or shrinkage. It is suitable for low processing temperature polyolefins, PVC (just unplasticized compounds; the more stabilized the PVC is, the more suitable conventional black iron oxides become) and rubber. Nubifer NB-5970 provides excellent light-, weather-, acid-, alkali- and solvent resistance.
