Jayflex™ DIDP plasticizer by ExxonMobil is diisodecyl phthalate, a general-purpose high-molecular-weight plasticizer. It is designed for flexible PVC products that require resistance to degradation due to high temperatures (such as wire and cable) or call for low fogging (automotive interior trim). Products requiring high performance and good outdoor weathering (such as roofing membranes and tarpaulins) also benefit from its use. It is an excellent substitute for Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DOP) and Di(2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate (DOTP). It is compatible with polyurethanes or polyacrylates. It is not carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic. Jayflex™ DIDP plasticizer exhibits higher permanency for better resistance to aging, increasing product life compared to DEHP, lower density and efficiency for volume advantages compared to DOP or DOTP, low volatility for reduced process emissions and improved working conditions, increased PVC compound electrical resistivity for better insulation properties compared to DOP or DOTP, low fogging for reduced car interior emissions, sustained flexibility in cold conditions, better lubrication than DOP for lower energy consumption with higher extrusion outputs. It is REACH compliant. Jayflex™ DIUP plasticizer by ExxonMobil is diisoundecyl phthalate, a high-molecular-weight plasticizer designed to provide good performance at high temperatures and good outdoor-weathering capabilities. It is compatible with flexible PVC products that require a low contribution to fogging. Due to its higher molecular weight than DIDP and DINP, it contributes to increased permanency. Jayflex™ DIUP plasticizer exhibits lower density than DIDP and DINP, enabling higher output volumes at the same weight, sustained flexibility in cold conditions, low volatility for resistance to heat-aging conditions, slower migration and increased extraction resistance compared with Jayflex™ DIDP plasticizer. It is not carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic. It is REACH compliant. Jayflex™ MB10 plasticizer by ExxonMobil is iso decyl benzoate. It is a plasticizer showing good compatibility with thermoplastic resins, particularly polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with fast-fusing capability. Exhibits very low density, potentially leading to greater volumes of finished product and reduced costs for formulators. Reduces the plastisol viscosity without the need for more-volatile hydrocarbon viscosity depressants, reducing the TVOC. Jayflex™ L9TM plasticizer by ExxonMobil is a specialty high molecular weight trimellitate plasticizer. Offers very low volatility, low fogging performance and low migration into PU foam. It shows superior cold temperature flexibility and low viscosity compared to branched trimellitates. Recommended for automotive interiors and wire & cable applications that require resistance to very high temperatures, migration and extraction resistance over long durations. It is typically used in high-specification electrical cable insulation and sheathing (meeting Underwriters Laboratories standards), usually in blends with the high molecular-weight phthalates such as Jayflex™ DTDP plasticizer. Jayflex™ DINA plasticizer is compatible with all general-purpose phthalates. Jayflex™ TINTM plasticizer by ExxonMobil is tri iso nonyl trimelliate. It is a high molecular weight monomeric plasticizer. Exhibits least volatility. It is compatible with PVC. Jayflex™ TINTM plasticizer is suitable for use in wire and cable applications.
