EVERFOS® 168 by Everspring Chemical is hydrolytically stable phosphite processing stabilizer. It is used as a secondary antioxidant. It reacts during processing with hydroperoxides formed by autoxidation of polymers preventing process induced degradation. EVERFOS® 168 protects polymers which are prone to oxidation during processing steps (compounding, pelletizing, fabrication and recycling) from molecular weight change (e.g. chain scission of PP, crosslinking of PE) and prevent discoloration. It is synergistically combined with other primary antioxidant such as EVERNOX-10 and EVERNOX-76 for use in polyolefins or olefin-copolymers such as HDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, PC & PA. The blends can also be used in engineering plastics such as PBT, PET, and styrenics, elastomers like PS, ABS, BR, SBS and tackifier resins. It has a shelf life of 24 months. EVERFOS® 626 by Everspring Chemical is a high performance bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. It acts as a processing stabilizer. It offers polymer protection from thermo-oxidative degradation during processing. It is insoluble in water. EVERFOS® 626 is suitable to be used for compounding, pelletizing, fabrication and recycling processes. It shows compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene vinylacetate copolymers. It can be combined with other primary antioxidants such as EVERNOX-10 and EVERNOX-76 for applications in HDPE, LLDPE, PC, PA, PS, ABS, BR, SBS, PBT, PET, and styrenics. The shelf life of the grade is 12 months.
