EMEROX® 14737 by Emery Oleochemicals is a low viscosity, aromatic polyol designed for PUR and other rigid foam applications such as spray foam. It exhibits excellent pentane compatibility and efficiency as well as low temperature insulation performance. It is based on renewable azelaic (C9 dibasic) acids and other naturally derived acids produced via proprietary process. It contains hydrophobic backbone for improved moisture resistance performance, solvent & good blowing agent compatibility and adhesion. It is cost-effective, high-renewable content grade and structurally & functionally similar to petrochemical polyols, offering predictability & ease of use. It is engineered to perform in a broad range of fire-rated and non-fire-rated rigid foam applications. Rigid foams made using EMEROX® 14737 display excellent compressive strength and dimensional stability properties. EMEROX® 14555 by Emery Oleochemicals is a renewable content polyol based on ethylene glycol (EG) azelate chemistry. It has low functionality, hydrophobic backbone structure and low viscosity when compared to an adipate equivalent.<br>

EMEROX® 14371 by Emery Oleochemicals is a higher functionality aliphatic polyol for use in polyurethane rigid foam applications. It is designed to be used as the sole polyol in PIP and spray foam. It has high-renewable content and based on renewable azelaic (C9 dibasic) acids and other naturally derived acids produced via proprietary process. EMEROX® 14280 by Emery Oleochemicals is an aliphatic polyol for polyurethane rigid foam applications. It is used in water blown formulations to maintain A: B ratio and lower hydroxyl version of EMEROX® 14355. It is based on renewable azelaic (C9 dibasic) acids and other naturally derived acids produced via proprietary process. It possesses hydrophobic backbone for improved moisture resistance performance, solvent & blowing agent compatibility and adhesion. It offers predictability and ease of use. It demonstrates excellent compressive strength and dimensional stability properties compared to SG polyether. It has low viscosity with good functionality and its function is similar to sucrose glycerin polyether polyols in typical rigid foam applications. EMEROX® 14280 is cost-effective replacement for petrochemical polyols. EMEROX® 14801 by Emery Oleochemicals is an EG dimerate polyol for applications where highly hydrophobic characteristics are required. It is based on renewable azelaic (C9 dibasic) acids and other naturally derived acids produced via proprietary process. It contains hydrophobic backbone for improved moisture resistance performance, solvent & blowing agent compatibility and adhesion. It is hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene alternative. It is cost-effective and structurally & functionally similar to petrochemical polyols, offering predictability & ease of use. It has low viscosity when compared to an adipate equivalent. It is used to manufacture elastomers. It shows a superior low temperature performance, low moisture absorption and moisture vapor transmission properties. EMEROX® 14801 is also resistant to oxidation and UV.
