Bluesil™ ADD 714 by Elkem Silicones is an inhibitor. It provides no blooming and outstanding processing aptitude. It offers good vulcanization kinetic and no vulcanization by-product. It provides easy to obtain bright colors by using Bluestar color base for HCR. Bluesil™ ADD 714 is used for polyaddition for extrusion of transparent, translucent or colored tubes and profiles. The shelf life of the product is 12 months. Methylalkylpolysiloxane. Acts as anti-adherent agent. Has outstanding lubricating properties, good compatibility with many products other than silicones. It appears from clear to slightly cloudy liquid. Thinners related to it are hydrocarbons, ketones and esters. Used for the mold release of plastics to be painted or glued and in die-casting under pressure (Aluminium, Zamak). It can be stored at a temperature of between -20°C and +50°C. Bluesil™ PA 2000 by Elkem Silicones is platinum catalyst. It imparts good vulcanization kinetics and no vulcanization by-product. It offers no blooming and outstanding processing aptitude. It provides easy to obtain bright colors by using Bluestar color base for HCR. Bluesil™ PA 2000 is designed for polyaddition for extrusion of transparent, translucent or colored tubes and profiles. The shelf life of the product is 12 months. Bluesil™ PI 2074 by Elkem Silicones is a cationic photoinitiator. It is used with epoxy resins, vinyl ethers or any other type of oligomer which polymerizes cationically. Bluesil™ PI 2074 is recommended for use at doses less than 1% combined with a photosensitizer. Bluesil™ XLA 3 by Elkem Silicones is cross-linker (SiH source). It offers no blooming and outstanding processing aptitude. It imparts good vulcanization kinetic and no vulcanization by-product. It provides easy to obtain bright colors by using Bluestar color base for HCR. It is suitable for polyaddition for extrusion of transparent, translucent or colored tubes and profiles. The shelf life of Bluesil™ XLA 3 is 12 months. Bluesil™ GUM 795 by Elkem Silicones is dimethylsiloxane, methylvinyl gum-based processing aid. It shows high level of filler acceptance. It possesses high consistency, low volatile content and excellent heat stability. Bluesil™ GUM 795 is used to manufacture masterbatches of pigments, reinforcing & diluting fillers for silicone elastomers, plastics & organic elastomers. The shelf life of this additive is 36 months. Bluesil™ HAC 5 by Elkem Silicones improves ash cohesion and fire resistance of silicone elastomers vulcanizing under heat, and particularly intended for safety cables. It is used from 4 to 16p weight in relation to 100p EVC mixture. The shelf life of Bluesil™ HAC 5 is 12 months. Bluesil™ PRIM 131 by Elkem Silicones is an adhesion promoter. It is used for room temperature vulcanizing silicone elastomers, polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS. Bluesil™ PRIM 131 is also used in one-component (RTV-1): CAF, two-component (RTV-2): BLUESIL, RTV, CAF AXAD and on a large number of surfaces. Bluesil™ HFR 1 by Elkem Silicones allows the improvement of fire resistance of heat curing silicone elastomers. The shelf life is 18 months. Bluesil™ MICROEMUL 21827 by Elkem Silicones is a textile softener and lubricant. This highly active microemulsion of amino functional silicone possesses good drape characteristics. It imparts a smooth soft hand and low yellowing. It improves crease recovery and fabric elasticity. Bluesil™ MICROEMUL 21827 shows stability to freeze/thaw cycling, pH and dilution. It shows excellent effect at low levels of addition and excellent stability w.r.t shear, electrolytes & hard water. It is compatible with most organic softeners and other textile auxiliaries. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
