ELAFLEKS® TOTM (Trioctyl Trimellitate) by Ela Kimyevi Maddeler acts as a plasticizer. It is obtained by the reaction of phthalic. It has a high boiling point and shows good low-temperature performance. It is highly resistant to chemical agents and exhibits light resistance to yellowing and volatility resistance. It does not lead to any changes in the chemical structure of the polymer. ELAFLEKS® TOTM (Trioctyl Trimellitate) is used in all applications of PVC resin. It is suitable for applications requiring insulation gaskets, automotive internal electrical parts, wire and cable insulation, and vinyl compounds. ELAFLEKS® DINP (Diisononyl Phthalate) by Ela Kimyevi Maddeler acts as a plasticizer. It is obtained by the reaction of phthalic anhydride with isononyl alcohol. It forms a paste with a lower viscosity as compared to DOP and provides a volume advantage since its density is less than DOP. It exhibits electrical resistance, does not cause any changes in the chemical structure of the polymer, and provides the required changes in physical and mechanical properties. It is used as a softener in all PVC pastes and pulp mixtures. ELAFLEKS® DINP (Diisononyl Phthalate) is suitable for calendaring systems, the automotive sector, cable production, synthetic leather production, bookbinding fabric production, PVC, and floor covering production. It complies with the REACH regulation. ELAFLEKS is a phthalate-free plasticizer. It is a clear, colorless liquid. It is obtained by the reaction of phthalic obtained by the reaction of pta with 2-ethyl hexanol. It exhibits electrical resistance, does not cause any changes in the chemical structure of the polymer and provides required changes in physical and mechanical properties. It provides elasticity and smooth surface. Used as a softener in all PVC paste and pulp mixtures. Suitable for calendaring systems, automotive sector, cable production, synthetic leather production, bookbinding fabric production, PVC floor cloth production, production of goods not containing phthalate (toy sector, bookbinding fabric production, production of some hoses, table cloth, etc.), PVC door mat production, tarpaulin production.
