Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-410 distributed by DKSH is a silicone masterbatch widely used as an efficient additive for PS compatible resin system. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in high impact polystyrene (HIPS). It enhances stability compare with traditional processing aid or lubricants.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It improves the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar, scratch and abrasion resistance.</li> <li>It also improves surface quality like surface slip, faster throughput and reduces product defect rate.</li> <li>It is available in United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Latvia, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Lithuania, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia/Monteneg and Israel.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level of Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-410 is 0.5-5%.</li></ul>
