POLYSTEP® B-430S distributed by DKSH is a biodegradable, non-toxic, anionic surfactant based on sodium lauryl ether sulfate containing 4 moles of ethylene oxide. It aids in the incorporations of water-soluble monomers.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides good freeze-thaw, mechanical stability, good hydrophobicity on dried polymer film along with good particle size control.</li> <li>It is used in the manufacture of styrene acrylic, all acrylic, and vinyl acetate homopolymer and copolymer latexes.</li> <li>It is recommended for most polymer systems, especially with vinyl chloride and styrene butadiene emulsions.</li> <li>It offers the advantage of both anionic and nonionic surfactant properties in emulsion polymerization.</li> <li>It is frequently used in conjunction with a nonionic surfactant such as POLYSTEP® TD-189 or POLYSTEP® F-9.</li> <li>It is also a suitable APE alternative.</li> <li>It is Kosher certified.</li> <li>POLYSTEP® B-430S is available in Indonesia.</li></ul>
