Deltaplast EV-00039-UV by Delta Tecnic is a masterbatch with HALS UV-absorber (20%) containing EVA polymer. It improves cable thermal stability and outdoor performance. It imparts good dispersion and improved production processability. It provides color, color uniformity, thermal stability and excellent dilution. It helps the customer exceed the existing demanding regulations in various applications. Deltaplast EV-00039-UV is used in energy cables. It is suitable for processing by compounding. Recommended dosage level is 1-2%.
Deltaplast PE-40805-R by Delta Tecnic is polyethylene (PE) color masterbatch designed for use with ambient curing crosslinking XLPE technology. Deltaplast BT-20848 by Delta Tecnic is PBT-based masterbatch for buffer tubes. It is designed to maintain all the mechanical properties of the main PBT resin used to protect the cable. It provides excellent dilution, color regularity, solved shrinkage and low dosage levels. It possesses a good match between PBT masterbatch and PBT resin keeping the tube concentric and contributing to excellent fiber optic data speed. Deltaplast BT-20848 shows good light fastness and heat resistance. Recommended for fiber optic cables.
Deltaplast C-00211-AT by Delta Tecnic is a termite repellent (20%) masterbatch encapsulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) polymer. It is an alternative to metal strips or polyamide 12. It provides protection to the cables from termite attacks, which causes short-circuits, fire or losses in cables. Due to the micropore sphere technology, this masterbatch ensures lasting effectiveness. It is designed for telecom and energy cables. Deltaplast C-00211-AT has a dosage level of 1.5-2%.
