Chlorine containing aliphatic polyphosphate. Used as flame retardant in all varieties of urethane resin such as flexible urethane foam and elastomers. Exhibits low volatility. Chlorine containing aliphatic polyphosphate-phosphonate. Used as flame retardant for polyurethane foam and others. Possesses low volatility and high hydrolytic stability.
